Stephanie Walker

Stephanie is a Yorta Yorta, Kuku Yalanji and Girramay woman, and the Community Engagement Officer with the First Nations Pandemic Research Preparedness Network (FIRST).

She has a background in public programs and community engagement, with experience designing and delivering First Nations-led cultural education initiatives.

Stephanie is passionate about supporting culturally informed approaches to STEM research and working alongside First Nations communities to ensure their voices, knowledge and priorities are reflected in research and decision-making.
