Kenneth Baillie

Professor Kenneth Baillie is Professor of Experimental Medicine at University of Edinburgh. He was a collaborator with the former APPRISE Centre of Research Excellence.
Professor Baillie’s research focus is the genetics of host susceptibility to severe infection. He is also involved with International Severe Acute Respiratory Infection Consortium (ISARIC), where he led the development of a biological sampling protocol for use in infectious disease emergencies.
